Aman Beverly Hills residences start at $20 million, with the first tower approximately 60 percent under contract or in reservation as of early 2026. Pricing extends to over $40 million for the largest residences, with penthouses reaching approximately $7,000 per square foot. The Kerry Hill-designed twin towers sit within the One Beverly Hills campus at Wilshire and Santa Monica Boulevards, with phased delivery beginning in 2027.

What's available at Aman Beverly Hills in 2026

The first Aman Beverly Hills tower is approximately 60 percent under contract or in reservation as of early 2026, with public pricing released and the sales gallery actively touring qualified buyers. Inventory is being released in tiers, with the largest residences and penthouses (extending to 10,500 square feet and beyond) held back from the initial release. The second tower has not yet entered active sales.
